Patches of Inspiration

Project

Während meiner Zusammenarbeit mit Gestaltern habe ich mir in den letzten Jahren häufig die Frage gestellt, woher die Inspiration von Kreativen kommt.
Was für Objekte haben sie in ihrem Werdegang geprägt, welche Farben, Formen und Materialien gehören zu ihrer Welt? Welche Schlüsselstücke haben sie in ihrem Schaffen nachhaltig beeinflusst, welche Gestalter sie als Vorbilder inspiriert?

Mit dieser Fragestellung habe ich ein Langzeit-Projekt begonnen.

Dazu bin ich bei unterschiedlichen Schweizer Kreativen, Künsterinnen, Modedesignern, Stylisten, Designerinnen und Illustratoren zu Besuch in ihre Ateliers und habe sie mit ihren Inspirationen fotografiert.

Das Ergebnis ist eine Serie von Doppel-Portraits:

ein Bild voller Objekte, Materialien und Inspirationen auf einer Fläche von 1 x 1.50 Meter. Und dazu ein Portrait des*r Gestalters*in selbst.
